5K Run / Walk
4th Annual “Kicking Kidney Disease” 5K Run / Walk
This is our major fundraiser. We are a 100% volunteer organization dedicated to our community. The funds raised are used to provide direct financial assistance to persons with kidney disease experiencing critical financial challenges in Marion County. Funds are also used to promote kidney disease education and awareness.

Kicking Kidney Disease” 5K Run / Walk Activities:
• Kids Fun Run & other Activities
• Music by WOGK K-Country 93.7
• Race Awards, Raffle and Prizes
• Sponsor and Refreshment Booths
FREE Kids Fun Run (Kids 10 years and under)
Starts at 9:15am. One Goody bag given for each child.
5K Run / Walk
Starts at 8:00am. Runners and Walkers of all levels and ages are welcome. Wet/dry shirts to all paid registrants. Awards are presented to the top finishers and Raffle Prizes are given throughout the event.
Pre-registration: $20 per adult and $10 per youth (age 18 and under)
Race day registration: $25.00 per adult and $10 per youth
Online Registration is available through February 28, 2013.
Teams
You can register as a team and showcase your organization, business, church, family, or whatever type of team you’d like to enter. A team must have 5 or more registrants.
Use an individual registration form for each participant and indicate your team in the space provided.
Team awards are as follows:
• Biggest team
• Fastest team (the average time of your 5 fastest runners)
• Most Team Spirit
The Deadline for Team Registration is February 1, 2013.
